About Dr. Davis
Dr. Amanda Davis grew up in Jacksonville, AL where she attended Jacksonville High School. Dr. Davis graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, and she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the Foundry in Bessemer, Alabama.
Dr. Davis is a member of the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental Association. She is married to Dr. David Davis, whom is an oral surgeon practicing in Anniston and Gadsden. They have two daughters, Avery Grace and Andi Claire. They also have a dog named Lexie! Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys Auburn football, traveling, and photography in her free time. Dr. Davis looks forward to meeting new patients everyday!

Amber is a registered dental hygienist. She was born in Huntsville, Alabama but has lived in the Alexandria area for 9 years. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at UAB in 2009. She has over 15 years experience in the dental field!
She has been married to her husband Kyle for 9 years and together they have two children, Lathan and Mary Elsie.
Amber is very active in her church, Leatherwood Baptist. She sings on the praise team and also helps her husband who is the preteen minister. Her children are also very active in the community sports league!
Shelley Kirk is a certified dental assistant. She was born and raised in Talladega, AL. She graduated from Munford High School in 1991 and started her career in the dental field in 2004. She has twenty years experience as a dental assistant.
When Shelley is not in the office, she values time well spent with her family and friends. Shelley and her husband, Steve, have been married for thirty one years and have two children, Logan and Jordan. The family has a dog named Remi and a cat named Jazzy.
Her passions include spending quality time with her family, Jesus, Mexican food and Alabama football! Roll Tide!
Peggy is the friendly face you see at the front desk! She has over 25 years experience in the dental field. She graduated from Wellborn High School.
Peggy moved to Weaver in 1991 with her husband and they have two sons. Their oldest son, Justin, is a student at JSU and their youngest son, Jayden, attends Weaver High.
She and her family attend First Baptist Church of Weaver. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching sports with them!
Wynell grew up in Calhoun county and graduated from Saks high school. She has worked in orthodontics and periodontics, giving her 11 years of dental experience!
She and her husband Joey will celebrate 25 years of marriage in May! Wynell has two sons, Adam and Nathan. She is “Granna” to six beautiful grandchildren: Karson, Brenlee, Sutton, Walker, Maggie, and Owen.
She enjoys decorating, refinishing furniture, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, and spending quality time with her family and friends! The beach is her happy place!
Kate Johnson is one of our wonderful dental assistants. She was born and raised in Jacksonville! She graduated from Alexandria High School on 2019.
When Kate is not in the office, she values time well spent with her family, friends, and her golden doodle, Molly
Her hobbies and interests include time with family, Jesus, Alabama football, and Braves baseball games. Go Braves and Roll Tide!
Angelle Smith is originally from Lafayette , Louisiana. She grew up in Oxford , Alabama and graduated high school there in 1987. She began working in the dental field in 1989 and graduated from UAB dental hygiene program in 1991. She has over 32 years experience.
Angelle and her husband, Dwight, have been married for 25 years and have 2 lovely daughters… Arlie who is 27 and Emily who is 23 . She is also a member of Golden Springs Baptist church.
When Angelle isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to estate sales, low key decorating, the BEACH, and loving on her family pets Buster, Ms. Kitty, and Ellie.
